Addlestone Office – Sales Negotiator. (Jan 2021)

The role will be based in our Addlestone office covering Addlestone, Chertsey and surrounding areas which is continuing to go through rapid changes, with major investments and new builds in the area. Salary negotiable OTE £35,000 P.A. You must possess excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be in direct contact with clients over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities will include the following:

-Dealing with enquiries -Booking appointments -Carrying out viewings -Updating and maintaining CRM system -Responsible for marketing/adverts

Personal specification:

-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal -Friendly, professional and outgoing personality -The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own -Strong organisational skills -Happy to take the initiative -Confident in dealing with clients -Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word -Must have a full UK driving licence.

Addlestone Office – Lister/Instruction Winner (Dec 2021)

With a thriving business in the Addlestone/Chertsey area, Seymours now looking for a capable, keen, experienced and highly enthusiastic Lister/Instruction Winner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Estate Agency with a proven track record in winning high-quality valuations and instructions for the right price and at the right fee. You will need to be diligent, results driven and be able to build a good report with clients and the sales team. This is a highly competitive role so you must ooze confidence whilst maintaining exceptional customer service which the company pride themselves on.
