Seymours are seeking a driven individual who is adept at organisation and communication within a fast-paced property environment. In addition to a pro-active attitude, we are seeking a team member who is competent in property lettings administration, but will also consider someone from an admin background. This role offers the opportunity to work part of a team whilst taking responsibility for your own workload.

You will need:

  • Administration experience within Residential Sales or Lettings preferable
  • Experience in Excel, Word & Outlook
  • To work well under pressure
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Good, friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise Positive, friendly attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries
  • Organising access to properties for staff, surveyors etc
  • General typing and administration
  • Front of house meeting and greeting

The lettings team has a large portfolio of property to manage, therefore, to be considered for this role you will need to have current property management experience and will be used to completing inspections, check-ins and check-outs, maintenance issues, handling deposits and the returns, along with other usual day-to-day property management duties.
