Weekend Accompanied Viewer

We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Accompanied Viewer to join our busy Residential Sales Team in Guildford.

Role Responsibilities:
– Accompany the client around the property whilst building rapport.
– Promote the benefits of the property and overcome objections.
– Communicate feedback to colleagues about potential purchasers.
– Retain facts and figures to pass on to applicants of the property.
– Understand the applicant’s motivations and preferences.
– Remain presentable and approachable at all times.
– Be adaptable due to the variety of people you will meet.

The right candidate will need to provide excellent customer service, be confident in communication, be organised and have strong time management skills.
If you’re passionate about property and have a creative vision, this would complement the role and be a bonus.

Sales Negotiator

The role will be based in our Addlestone office covering Addlestone, Chertsey and surrounding areas which is continuing to go through rapid changes, with major investments and new builds in the area.

You must possess excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be in direct contact with clients over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities will include the following:

-Dealing with enquiries
-Booking appointments
-Carrying out viewings
-Updating and maintaining CRM system
-Responsible for marketing/adverts

Personal specification:

-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Friendly, professional and outgoing personality
-The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own -Strong organisational skills
-Happy to take the initiative
-Confident in dealing with clients
-Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
