The Seymours Group Limited (company no. 06330777, registered office Maria House, Brighton, BN1 5NP), trading as Seymours Estate Agents, is running this promotion (“the Promotion”) across its Surrey offices between 24 August and 5 October 2026 11:59pm BST.
The Promotion
Entry will occur when the sole agency agreement has been signed and accepted by Seymours during the promotional period (24 August 2026 and 5 October 2026 inclusive)
Subject to the above, you will be entered into a prize draw to receive £300 of theatre vouchers
Who Can Take Part
Open to UK residents aged 18+ who own (or jointly own) the residential property being sold with Seymours. Available at all participating Seymours offices. Not open to new homes, commercial property, land, or lettings instructions.
Who is excluded
Homeowners with an existing live instruction with Seymours before 24 August 2026 or after 5th October 2026
Sellers who withdraw from the market or terminate the agency sales agreement during the promotional period
Seymours employees and their immediate family
Maximum one reward per property/household
Prizes
There are 18 prizes in total of £300 each
Winners may use the vouchers towards theatre bookings of their choice
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered
Selection of Winners
The draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection process and will take place within 14 days of the promotion closing.
Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days of notification, or is found to have breached the Terms and Conditions, they will forfeit their prize, and a redraw will take place.
Redraws will follow the same verified random selection process.
If multiple redraw attempts are required, a maximum of three (3) redraws will be conducted. If a prize remains unclaimed after three redraws, Seymours reserves the right to either retain the prize or allocate it at their discretion.
Vouchers will be issued within 28 days of winner verification. A record of the draw will be retained.
Publication of Winners & Marketing Consent
Winners may be invited to participate in publicity. Participation is voluntary and will be subject to the winner's consent.
This includes, but is not limited to, publication on Seymours' website, newsletters, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting winners and delivering prizes, in accordance with Seymours' Privacy Policy
Seymours may amend or withdraw this promotion at any time
The promoter's decision is final (subject to applicable law)

Seymours will make available title and initials of prize winners to anyone requesting this information in accordance with applicable advertising regulations, unless a winner objects.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
