Seymours have been a part of the Guildford community for 30 years. In April 2004 we opened our office in Kingpost Parade which serves to the communities of Burpham and Merrow. Our unique partner-run approach resonates with local residents, especially as we are the only independent estate agency in the village.

Richard Stovold has been selling property in Burpham and Guildford since 1999. Richard has built an independent estate agency in Burpham focusing on the community, driven to get the best prices for our customers, to deliver a superb service and to help us all move home smoothly and effortlessly around the Burpham, Merrow and Jacobs Well areas. The day-to-day operations are managed by Associate Director Tracey Leonard and Associate Director Adam Partridge.
