Seymours Burpham

Seymours have been a part of the Guildford community for 30 years. In April 2024 we celebrated our 20th Anniversary of opening in Kingpost Parade which serves to the communities of Burpham and Merrow. Our unique partner-run approach resonates with local residents, especially as we are the only independent estate agency in the village.

Associate Director Tracey Leonard is a familiar face in the neighbourhood, having moved locally several times and has been selling property in Burpham and Guildford for more than 15 years.
