Seymours opened in Dorking in January 2016, at the time it was the 16th office in our network. Owned and run by partners David Driscoll and Jamie Hynes, they bring bring over 30 years experience and a family atmosphere and approach to selling homes throughout the Surrey Hills.

In 2023 we moved to new premises opposite Waitrose in central Dorking. Keen to retain the heritage of the building we named it Cummins House a nod to the much loved hardware store that was here for generations before us. David lives in Brockham with a young family so knows exactly why the Dorking area is such a wonderful place to live.
