What makes Addlestone a great place to live?

Addlestone town centre has had a major regeneration with shops, cinema and spectacular new build apartments. There is a mixture of old and new homes with some lovely Victorian properties, which prove hugely popular as well as safe, family friendly developments. There are ample amenities in Addlestone itself but it is also on the doorstep of so many beautiful places in Surrey, within a short walk of Coxes Lock Mill, the River Wey Navigation and Basingstoke Canal for leisure pursuits. There are some breath-taking local walks at, Victory Park, Sayes Court, RHS Wisley Gardens and the Surrey Hills.

Other places of interest are Crouch Oak, which is said to be over 1,000 years old, Brooklands Aviation Park and that little bit of luxury available at Foxhills Golf and Country Club. Virginia Water lake, Savill Gardens and Thorpe Lakes Watersports are also within easy reach by car.

What are Addlestone schools like?

Addlestone and its surrounding villages and towns of Chertsey, New Haw, and Weybridge offer a wide range of outstanding schools in the area. St Paul’s C of E Primary School, Stepgates Primary School, New Haw Community Junior School and Ongar Place Junior School are all outstanding choices and the excellent and highly reputed Salesian School in Chertsey provides local children with a solid education. The nearby independent schools of St George’s Weybridge and Sir William Perkin’s School are highly recommended and extremely popular.

What makes Addlestone such a great commuter town?

By road, Addlestone provides easy access to the London and National road networks with a short drive to the M25 with routes out of the area and the key airports of Heathrow and Gatwick. The A3 at Junction 10 of the M25 travels north towards central London and south to Guildford, Godalming and Portsmouth.

      Sold within a month

David and the team have been fantastic during this difficult time, I’m selling the house for a recently disabled relative and nothing has been too much trouble, They’ve walked me through the process and kept me updated regularly. Viewings have been arranged and performed by the outstanding staff and my auntie has even got to look forward to the viewings, Property sold within a month even if this difficult economic climate and I personally believe it’s due to their hard work and diligence in everything they do.

      Full marks all round

Previous estate agents we have had have been rather impersonal; friendly enough and efficient – the houses have got sold at good prices. But we found Seymours to be all the right things for effectiveness and proper selling plus a real warmth and friendliness from all three people there. A few issues that arose were dealt with well and a rather big problem with a third party handled very decisively and effectively. Full marks all round, thank-you.
