I wanted to particularly thank Billy for being so helpful during a viewing I had recently
Billy Jones: I wanted to particularly thank Billy for being so helpful during a viewing I had recently. He was professional, courteous, articulate and knowledgeable. He gave me as much time as I needed to look around, patiently answered endless questions, was totally engaged and personable and generally a delight to deal with. I am looking for a property of my own which isn’t easy so to have someone going the extra mile to help and be so patient is really appreciated.
She went far and beyond to make sure I settled well in my new home
I can’t thank enough Natalie who works for Seymours Land & New Homes. The service I have received from her was top quality. She went far and beyond to make sure I settled well in my new home. I felt really looked after and safe, especially that I had to move houses during lockdown. Natalie made sure the whole process went smoothly and rapidly. She also helped me to liaise with lawyers and a developer who was not always the easiest to deal with.
Their marketing budget is extensive and covers videos, glossy brochures and extensive advertising
I have sold several properties via Seymour’s Prestige and would recommend them as an agent who are geared up to and specialise in properties over £1M. Lloyd Moss has built his team from the top employees at the other Seymour’s branches and all sales team members are fully briefed on the properties on offer, so no “Saturday girls or boys!” Their marketing budget is extensive and covers videos, glossy brochures and extensive advertising. The network of branches in Surrey also increases proactive market exposure, rather than just bunging it on Rightmove and wait for the phone to ring!
Knowledge, passion and client focused
We sold our property through Seymours Prestige at the end of last year. We spoke to a few ‘high end’ agents before choosing Seymours, and went with them mainly for the passion of Lloyd Moss, and his knowledge of the area. During the process we engaged with most of the Horsell office, and was impressed by all of them. Since then we’ve been dealing with a number of agents (still trying to find a new house). And very few are of Seymour’s standard. Knowledge, passion and client focused.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mark and the team
We worked with Mark D’Costa to let our house in Woking. Mark and the team worked hard to get the right tenants for our property, and to help us get the property ready for the market. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark and the team!

Professional and supportive during the entire process of letting
My experience with Seymours Woking is very positive. They are very professional and supportive during the entire process of letting. A special thank you to Jenni Owen who helped us a lot in these recent months. She has been very friendly, efficient and reliable.
The service they provide is 1st class
We both purchased and rented a property though Seymour’s and the service they provide is 1st class. The team have a good knowledge of Woking and surrounding areas and immediately found a tenant and we have since re-rented with just one week between the tenants – that is great for any landlord. Mark D’ Costa in the letting team is a great asset and works hard to provide an excellent service.
I appreciate you going the extra mile
I’ve had exceptionally good service from Seymours for many years as a landlord. Everyone who I’ve interacted with has been professional and helpful. Special thanks Rianna Kelly and Jenni Owen for help with the recent work on the house. I appreciate the prompt replies and going the extra mile!
Very experienced property professional
I appointed Seymours Woking at short notice to find a tenant over Christmas. Mark D’ Costa is a very experienced property professional who gave me good advice and found a tenant within 2 weeks. I am very happy I chose Seymours for organising the whole process. Thank you Mark and the team!
Provided us with great advice over the years
Simon has provided us with great advice over the years, and we were delighted when he found us a buyer within a few weeks. We can’t recommend Seymours enough for their professionalism, friendliness and local market knowledge
