Tuned in to our particular requirements

Having several years’ experience of using Seymours to sell property, I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I have found them helpful, responsive and professional. Stewart, in particular, has been thoughtful, full of advice and very tuned in to our particular requirements.

Supportive throughout the process

Seymours helped my Aunt (93 years old), through the sale of her home of 50 years. It wasn’t without it’s up’s and down’s, but we found this company supportive throughout the process. Many thanks, and as my Aunt said, she would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

Worked their socks off

We sold and bought through Seymour’s. Stewart and Tim both worked their socks off to make the double deal happen inside a challenging timescale. Very pleased and we would certainly use them again . . . if we ever decide to move again.

Excellent in every way

Tom Miles handled our purchase and he and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Various legal issues arose which made the purchasing process very testing and Tom was always patient, reasoned and helpful. Seymour’s Godalming were excellent in every way and do much to change the perception of estate agents for the better.
