Seymours Horsell Village office is owned and run by Partners Lloyd Moss and James Taylor who have years of experience in the Property Market and extensive knowledge of the local area. You will be provided with expert advice, a highly professional and most importantly personal service.

Despite there only ever being a limited amount of properties for sale in Horsell, Seymours have successfully assisted hundreds of people looking to make a move in or out of the village since opening to specialise in the village back in early 2012 in addition to the nearby Seymours Woking office in the town centre. Demand has led to the Seymours Horsell team tripling in size with a natural progression to cover similar properties in a wider area from the village. This has brought great results in similar neighbouring areas such as Chobham, Hook Heath, Worplesdon and The Hockering, drawing on the expertise the team have in focusing on the premium higher value market. This has coupled perfectly with the introduction of the Seymours Prestige Homes offering which came in 2015-2016.
Excitingly, the opportunity arose in 2017 for the team to move to a larger corner premises a few doors along the High Street to allow them to continue to better their services locally and further afield going into 2018.
All of the Seymours Surrey offices are owned and run by a partner to ensure the highest level of service. As a local business owner, partner Lloyd Moss feels it is important to offer a personal service and support the local community, schools and other local businesses in any way he can.
We are very proud to sponsor almost all local community events including the annual Horsell Village show, Horsell garden safari, Horsell Scouts & Guides May fayre, various Horsell Schools PTA events, Woking high school vocal and instrumental competition and Horsell Christmas Village fare to name a few. As well as being a club sponsor for the Woking and Horsell cricket club and Horsell Village bowling club. We are also proud supporters of the Woking Sam Bear Hospice.
