Knaphill Estate Agents

Knaphill is a small village situated 4 miles from the closest town of Woking, Surrey.

Whilst Knaphill appeals to most buyers, it proves especially attractive to families looking for great schools, open green spaces and easy road links to the surrounding area. Woking train station is 4 miles away offering routes into London in around 30 minutes and Brookwood station is 2 miles away which equally serves London, as well as more local routes.  By road, Knaphill is easily accessible from the main Bagshot Road connecting the M3 to Guildford so travel in either direction is relatively easy.

Properties in and around the local areas of West End, Bisley, Chobham, Brookwood and Pirbright are hugely varied from the lovely terraced cottages on Chobham Road to the larger detached homes a bit further afield near Knaphill Common which come with ample land.  Close by in Brookwood you are more likely to see a more eclectic mix of Victorian Cottages full of character, affordable maisonettes as well as new build homes.

The beauty of this area is that each village has much to offer and there are public footpaths and routes which weave between them all.  During the summer there are fetes, strawberry fayres and ample opportunities for the neighbouring community to get together, there are lovely, high regarded country pubs and restaurants dotted around, and smiles from all you meet.

Our Seymours Estate Agents in Knaphill is located on the High Street opposite the CO-OP.  Owners Simon Stone and Andrew White are local members of the community and are highly regarded as experts in their own right.  There are familiar faces in Knaphill and are more than happy to chat and offer free property advice to those they bump into the street. When it comes to Estate Agents in Knaphill, you will be hard pushed to find anyone with more experience both in the industry but in local area knowledge as well.

Seymours gave me and my family exceptional and personal service throughout a long and difficult sale. Their service was reliable, friendly and professional. They gave honest, fair and realistic advice which was particularly valuable as the housing market became quite turbulent during this time. Through their negotiations we concluded the sale with all parties happy with the final outcome.
