Knaphill Estate Agents

Knaphill is a small village situated 4 miles from the closest town of Woking, Surrey.

Whilst Knaphill appeals to most buyers, it proves especially attractive to families looking for great schools, open green spaces and easy road links to the surrounding area. Woking train station is 4 miles away offering routes into London in around 30 minutes and Brookwood station is 2 miles away which equally serves London, as well as more local routes.  By road, Knaphill is easily accessible from the main Bagshot Road connecting the M3 to Guildford so travel in either direction is relatively easy.

Properties in and around the local areas of West End, Bisley, Chobham, Brookwood and Pirbright are hugely varied from the lovely terraced cottages on Chobham Road to the larger detached homes a bit further afield near Knaphill Common which come with ample land.  Close by in Brookwood you are more likely to see a more eclectic mix of Victorian Cottages full of character, affordable maisonettes as well as new build homes.

The beauty of this area is that each village has much to offer and there are public footpaths and routes which weave between them all.  During the summer there are fetes, strawberry fayres and ample opportunities for the neighbouring community to get together, there are lovely, high regarded country pubs and restaurants dotted around, and smiles from all you meet.

Our Seymours Estate Agents in Knaphill is located on the High Street opposite the COOP.  Owners Simon Stone and Andrew White are local members of the community and are highly regarded as experts in their own right.  There are familiar faces in Knaphill and will more than happy to chat and offer free property advice to those they bump into the street. When it comes to Estate Agents in Knaphill, you will be hard pushed to find anyone with more experience both in the industry but in local area knowledge as well.

Since 1992, Seymours has helped shape Surrey’s dynamic and rapidly changing property landscape. and carved a reputation as the estate agency that provides a premium property marketing service with a personal touch.

I have recently completed a sale & purchase both through Seymours Knaphill. I have found the team to be extremely helpful & knowledgable from the very beginning right through to the end. I dealt with many other agencies in my property search and Seymours were by far the most professional & competent. I would like to say a special thank you to Simon Stone who took us on many viewings and provided us with a non pushy sales approach. He also stepped in when our original buyers fell through and personally did the 2nd open day to sell our house again, so we didn’t lose the house we were buying. Also big thank you to Krisy – who I spoke to on a seemingly daily basis in the final month of completion. Highly recommend to all people looking to buy & sell property’s. Ross Dunton

Despite I am still in house viewing stage, I can feel that Knaphill Seymour’s team is brilliant. Always responsive ! A big thanks to Aaron, a young guy who is responsible for viewing. He is well organized and helpful. Also, Ian is professional and he is excellent, he has been providing me lots of information to help me find my dream house. Highly recommended 👍

Seymours were efficient, courteous and professional in managing my sale. Their valuation reflected fair market value for my property and they were able to secure a buyer within a week. Despite the usual negative intervention of solicitors on both sides, Seymours maintained a steady hand on the tiller to steer the sale to completion.

Really lovely atmosphere! Helped to take the stress away from one of the biggest changes in our lives and made it such an easy relaxed process. Massive thanks to Jeff for being so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

What is it like living in Knaphill?

People are attracted to Knaphill and the surrounding villages, due to superb quality of life on offer. Knaphill is well connected, offers some lovely homes in a relatively quiet, but friendly area. The village has plenty of amenities, low crime, superb schools and breath-taking countryside – right on your doorstep.

What makes Knaphill great is the community, it has a local community social media page through which ideas are shared, events gain muster and most people join in. Of course, in the village itself, everyone makes everyone feel welcome.

The community in the area is fantastically warm and welcoming. Knaphill, West End, Bisley, Pirbright and Brookwood draw people in by all they have to offer however it is the close-knit community and the superb quality of life that keeps you there. It is a place you never grow out of, it just keeps delivering whatever stage of life you are in.

      What are Knaphill schools like?

Knaphill and its surrounding villages of West End and Horsell offer a number of outstanding schools including Horsell Village School and Knaphill Lower School which is located on Chobham Road in Knaphill. For secondary schools, the closest is Gordon’s School, this is a private school with relatively reasonable fees, the education is second to none and properties within catchment achieve great prices and sell quickly.
