      Having used Seymours in general for both buying and selling several properties in Woking and Seymours Horsell in particular for the latest purchase and sale, we couldn’t recommend them more highly.       We were extremely impressed by the pragmatic approach

      We were extremely impressed by the pragmatic approach of the whole team at Seymours Prestige when selling our home. From the start the team ensured that everything we did in presenting the property to market contributed towards attracting a sale. Advice was given on some subtle changes to the dressing of the house which in turn led to some excellent photography that helped it to stand out from others on the market at the time. Viewings were conducted in a very professional manner and all staff took the time to ensure that they knew the important details of the house enabling them to convey this to potential purchasers.

      Knowledge, passion and client focused

      We sold our property through Seymours Prestige at the end of last year. We spoke to a few ‘high end’ agents before choosing Seymours, and went with them mainly for the passion of Lloyd Moss, and his knowledge of the area. During the process we engaged with most of the Horsell office, and was impressed by all of them. Since then we’ve been dealing with a number of agents (still trying to find a new house).       I have sold several properties via Seymour’s Prestige and would recommend them as an agent who are geared up to and specialise in properties over £1M. Lloyd Moss has built his team from the top employees at the other Seymour’s branches and all sales team members are fully briefed on the properties on offer, so no “Saturday girls or boys!” Their marketing budget is extensive and covers videos, glossy brochures and extensive advertising. The network of branches in Surrey also increases proactive market exposure, rather than just bunging it on Rightmove and wait for the phone to ring!
