Ripley is an historic and sought-after village in Surrey popular with all walks of life: families, young professionals and downsizers alike.

The village is said to have the largest village green in England (approximately 65 acres) and benefits from a fantastic selection of award-winning, independent café’s, shops, pubs and restaurants. The area has excellent road and rail connections with the A3 and Junction 10 of the M25 orbital being within close proximity. Woking Station offers regular service to London Waterloo with trains about every 7 minutes and a journey time of around 22 minutes. Alternative services are provided from West Clandon with trains to London Waterloo arriving within one hour.

The neighbouring village of Send is surrounded by open countryside, ideal for walking and outdoor pursuits. The centre offers some local shops for one’s day to day needs as well as modern medical centre, a pharmacy and two pubs one of which is situated on the Wey Navigation Canal. There is a good infant/primary school in the village with excellent secondary schools nearby. We also focus on the beautiful villages of West Clandon, East Clandon, Send Marsh, Ockham and West Horsley and East Horsley.

The Ripley office has a team of long serving and dedicated individuals, in house directors Ben Conquer and Joe Leonard offer a combined wealth of local experience. The team at Seymours in Ripley were excellent from the initial engagement to the completion of the sale of our property. Their ability to manage the sales and legal process in a structured manner gave us real confidence that the best was always being done. We have sold a number of properties in the past and without doubt Seymours are the best team we have experienced. We would not consider another agent if we had to do it all again. Thank you team!

I had been looking to buy a new house for sometime. Sam was very helpful and had a good understanding of our requirements which helped us find exactly what we wanted. As the purchase went through Ben sorted any issues quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Seymour’s in Ripley.

We both sold and brought via Seymours Ripley recently and the service was absolutely excellent from the initial telephone enquiry right through to completion (and beyond). The service from every single member of the team we interacted with was spot on at all times. They provided sensible and practical advice all the way through the process (much better than the advice from our solicitors) and the work done to manage the chain and to assist with completion day hiccups was exemplary. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough, and whilst we hope not to have to move again anytime soon if we do then Seymours will be the agents we call!
