Ripley is an historic and sought-after village in Surrey popular with all walks of life: families, young professionals and downsizers alike.

The village is said to have the largest village green in England (approximately 65 acres) and benefits from a fantastic selection of award-winning, independent café’s, shops, pubs and restaurants. The area has excellent road and rail connections with the A3 and Junction 10 of the M25 orbital being within close proximity. Woking Station offers regular service to London Waterloo with trains about every 7 minutes and a journey time of around 22 minutes. Alternative services are provided from West Clandon with trains to London Waterloo arriving within one hour.

The neighbouring village of Send is surrounded by open countryside, ideal for walking and outdoor pursuits. The centre offers some local shops for one’s day to day needs as well as modern medical centre, a pharmacy and two pubs one of which is situated on the Wey Navigation Canal. There is a good infant/primary school in the village with excellent secondary schools nearby. We also focus on the beautiful villages of West Clandon, East Clandon, Send Marsh, Ockham and West Horsley and East Horsley.

The Ripley office has a team of long serving and dedicated individuals, in house directors Ben Conquer and Joe Leonard offer a combined wealth of local experience. A true sign of the success of the Ripley office is the high level of repeat business, 5-star reviews and recommendations as customers recognise us as the local market leader.

The Ripley office is heavily involved in the local community being the proud sponsors of the annual Ripley Event and Christmas Fair. We also support our local schools, being heavily involved in raising money for Send School.

One of the best estate agents

I personally haven’t bought or sold through them but i have worked with them. I work for another estate agents in a different part of the country and I would hands down say they are one of the best estate agents i have ever had in a chain with myself

Achieved the best price

We recently sold our house in Send with Ben at Seymours. Ben and all the staff were fantastic, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We were always kept up to date with feedback from potential purchasers and helped to achieve the best price. There seems to be a clear difference between the service offered and delivered by Seymours against other agents who also made contact to try and market our property.

Worked tirelessly to find the right buyers

I highly recommend using Seymours to sell your property, Ben and Joe have worked tirelessly to find the right buyers for our nan’s unique bungalow with horticultural land. They always kept us informed throughout the process and answered all our queries in a timely manner. It is never easy dealing with being forced to sell a loved ones property, but Ben and Joe made the process so much easier for us by dealing with all the viewings, surveys and generally checking the empty property was ok. Thanks guys 🙂

It was Seymours who made the sale

We previously purchased our house via Ben at Seymours and were very happy with the service provided, so when it came to selling it we chose Seymours again. Over the three months that it took to secure the sale we also engaged the services of two other larger agents. The number of viewings from Seymours exceeded the combined total of those from the other agents by a wide margin, so not surprisingly it was Seymours who made the sale.

The Seymours team have been fantastic

The Seymours team have been fantastic. Always so accessible and keen to keep us informed of progress. Ben and Joe have always been very approachable and professional and their supportive approach is really valued. The market is quite tricky right now but they have managed our expectations and I cannot thank them enough for their care and support.
