We started our property search back in March this year. The long stressful process of buying a house was made that bit less stressful by the amazing staff at Seymour’s in Staines. We had dealings with Gary, Mark and Alan and are beyond happy with the support they provided throughout the process. We finally exchanged today and I honestly cannot thank Seymour’s enough for all their hard work and support in assisting us with our purchase. I was starting to give up, but thankfully Alan supported us through the last hurdle! I would highly recommend Seymour’s to anyone looking to purchase their home, especially as First Time Buyers like ourselves as it is all a lot to take in. They took time to explain everything so that we could understand it and with me asking so many questions along with multiple emails and phone calls, they dealt with it all so patiently and efficiently. Thank you Seymours – We are looking forward to completion:) We hope to deal with you again in the future.

Cannot thank Cole enough for the superior service he has provided us. He is prompt and always ready to help. We were facing issues with the new property taken on rent and were not getting much help till we were connected with Cole. He was our single point of contact for all the issues and he helped in getting these issues addressed very professionally and with enthusiasm. He always ensures to close the loop and has customer satisfaction approach in solving the problems.
