The team at Seymours have been excellent throughout the selling process. I first enquired and compared them to two other local estate agents. They came out top for their professionalism and experience. This made it an easy choice when we were ready to sell six months later. Simon and his team marketed the property really well, with fantastic photos and viewings with lots of solid buyers. After two weeks of viewings, useful feedback and vetting, we had a viable buyer who loves the home we’ve renovated. They helped us with negotiation and we secured a price above asking. Since then, Alan has been a great help liaising between solicitors to get to exchange and completion, which was not easy as paperwork had to be signed abroad. We’re about to move out and confident Seymours were the right agency. Faultless.

I met with the team at Seymours whilst sourcing a property for a client of mine. Gary in particular stood out among all of the other local Agents that I dealt with during the process. He listened carefully to the criteria, worked tirelessly to assist with the search, and was kind and supportive throughout. Thank you to Gary, and also to Mark, for all your help. See you around ! Ruth 🙂

I cant fault Gary, Alan and Mark at Seymours Staines. They helped with every element of my move and were on hand to answer any and all questions I had. Any set backs were quickly fixed and we moved past them. The market is currently turbulent to say the least and they have navigated my house sale with relevant ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house!
