What is the London commute like?

Whatever the reason for your journey to London, work or pleasure, the short distance is a huge plus with overground and underground options getting you to London in less than 15 minutes. What makes this even more of a privilege is the journey allows you to take in the London Eye, Houses of Parliament and as well as many other London attractions – making the commute an absolute pleasure rather than a chore.

If you need to drive you can get to the A3 in about 10 minutes and there are also many bus routes, some of which extend into the early hours enabling you to enjoy the nightlife without worry about the journey home.

Their valuation was bang on the button

John & Nick of Seymour’s understood our house, and it’s place in the market, from the outset. Their valuation was bang on the button (we achieved what they said it should sell for) and Jon managed the sale himself, from viewings to marketing, intervening with the solicitors on both sides and maintaining contact throughout with us and our buyer. Secured a sale extremely quickly

My wife and I are extremely grateful to Nick, Sam and John for all of their hard work in securing the sale of our house and the purchase of another. They worked tirelessly and with great humour in the face of my constant bombardment of telephone calls. They secured a sale extremely quickly and smoothed out the wrinkles in the chain to ensure completion took place as quickly as possible, bearing in mind various probate and funding issues with which other links in the chain were faced.
