My initial contact was with Matthew Swing who is likeable and decisive, and although price drops were required, this was a reflection of the market at the time, and his confidence at achieving a quick sale proved correct. My main contact after accepting an offer was Kirsty Haydon, Sales Progressor, and she definitely knows how to make matters progress, and swiftly! It is a long time since I’ve sold a property, so I don’t know if all agents have a ‘Kirsty’ but she is clearly a huge asset to Seymours, as I have no doubt that the whole process would have taken much longer than 7 weeks without her. I was very lucky to have a lovely buyer, but Kirsty was a great ‘go-between’, and she chased both solicitors ceaselessly to achieve the tight deadline my buyer required.
