Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee the delivery and coordination of Seymours’ marketing activity across the group. This is a practical, delivery-focused role, responsible for ensuring that Seymours’ marketing output is consistent, effective and aligned with the needs of our local offices.
The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee Seymours’ key marketing channels, including social media, digital marketing, print, sponsorship and local marketing activity, while managing the day-to-day output of the marketing team.We are looking for someone who is comfortable delivering Seymours’ marketing strategy and who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen, ensuring ideas translate into high quality marketing that supports the commercial success of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination Across the Network
- Manage the overall delivery of Seymours’ marketing activity across all offices.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the marketing team and local partner offices.
- Ensure marketing initiatives support the commercial goals of the business, particularly driving brand awareness and valuation opportunities.
- Balance the needs of individual offices while maintaining a consistent Seymours brand.
Managing Marketing Channels - oversee the execution and performance of key marketing channels including:
Social Media:
- Oversee the overall direction of Seymours’ social presence.
- Ensure content is engaging, relevant and aligned with the Seymours brand.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage Google search and paid digital activity.
- Support SEO and website performance.
- Ensure online presence supports lead generation and brand visibility.
Print Marketing:
- Oversee print materials including brochures, property marketing, magazines and local campaigns.
- Ensure high standards of design and brand consistency.
Local Marketing & Sponsorships
- Coordinate local sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships.
- Ensure Seymours maintains strong visibility within its local markets.
Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and deliver seasonal and campaign based marketing initiatives across the network.
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Manage the day-to-day output of the marketing team (designers, photographers, videographers).
- Provide clear direction on priorities and content.
- Ensure projects are planned properly and delivered to a high standard.
- Maintain strong quality control across all marketing materials.
Working with Offices
- Support Seymours’ partner-owned offices with practical marketing guidance.
- Help offices identify marketing opportunities in their local markets.
- Ensure the marketing team understands the realities of estate agency and local property markets.
Who we're looking for
- Marketing experience across multiple channels (digital, social, print, campaigns)
- Experience managing marketing output within a growing business.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience managing a small team and/or coordinating multiple contributors.
The successful candidate will be:
- Hands-on, practical and comfortable managing both ideas and execution.
- Organised and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded and focused on delivering results.
- Ideally have experience in estate agency or related businesses.
- Able to work effectively with independent partner offices.

This role is designed to bring greater coordination, consistency and quality to Seymours’ marketing output across the network, ensuring ideas are translated into effective campaigns, strong creative and practical marketing activity that supports brand awareness, drives valuation opportunities and reinforces Seymours’ position as a leading independent estate agency.
Working hours are:
Monday to Friday – 9.00 am – 5.30 pm.
