Seymours Godalming is officially the town’s best Estate Agent.

There are celebrations all round at Seymours as we celebrate our third win in the British Property Awards over the last two years.

Our sales team have just scooped the British Property Gold Award for Godalming Estate Agent for the second consecutive year, having won in 2021.

It follows on from our lettings team winning The British Property Gold Award 2021/22 last November.

The awards are in recognition of the excellent customer service we provide to our clients who are selling, buying, letting, or renting property with our assistance.

Judging criteria 

The British Property Awards team personally mystery shop every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels.

The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.
