Our lettings team have just won the British Property Gold Award for Godalming, for the second successive year. The award is well-deserved as our lettings experts always go that extra mile for our landlords and tenants, providing an unrivalled service.

This amazing achievement follows on from our sales team winning the British Property Gold Award for the second successive year also in June 2022. These prestigious awards highlight our commitment to providing an outstanding customer service experience.

We invested in a range of quality property marketing tools throughout the year and our sales and lettings teams ensured that every opportunity to reach the right buyers or tenants was maximised for our clients. We work closely with our sister office in Haslemere and together we achieved:

• More than 2 million property views on Rightmove
• Over 2,400 enquiries for sellers through Rightmove
• Our sales team made more than 260 moves happen in 2022
• Our lettings team let 219 properties in 2022

This proactive approach to property marketing resulted in us achieving more sales and lets agreed than other agents across Godalming.*

Supporting Our Community

We love to support local schools, organisations and community events and we were lucky to be part of so many special activities in 2022, and there is more to come this year! We sponsored the Godalming Spring Festival, became kit sponsors for the U7 Comets at Farncombe Youth Football Club and also helped to raise more than £12,000 for The Meath Epilepsy Charity’s Yule Fuel Appeal.

It is sure to be an exciting year ahead as we will continue to support causes that our close to our hearts and also some of our wonderful local schools. We look forward to building on our relationships with Farncombe Youth Football Club, The Meath Epilepsy Charity, The Prostate Project and more.
