  • Open Plan Living – Many buyers and tenants desire the feeling of space and therefore look for homes with open plan kitchen/dining rooms, which are great for family time and also entertaining.
  • Efficient Heating System – With energy bills at an all-time high many applicants are keen to find a property with a modern and cost-effective heating system in place.
  • Parking – Both buyers and tenants who drive, especially those with more than one car, would prefer off-street parking or a garage. Garages can also be used for additional storage space.
