Who is your Horsell Hero?

Lloyd Moss, Branch Manager of Seymours Horsell, would like to shine a light on people in the Horsell community and say thank you to three local Horsell Heroes that have gone above and beyond during this time of crisis, to not only support the people of Horsell but spread kindness across its community too.
We will be launching an online nomination campaign through Facebook where people can nominate a Horsell Hero and have the opportunity to tell us how they have made a difference to their life during lockdown. Please visit the Seymours Facebook page to join in.
We will be picking three nominations as Horsell Heroes winners, basing our judgment on;
– Reason for nomination
– Number of nominations receives
– Number of post reactions on nominations
We look forward to announcing the winners on the 29th July 2020; they will then be invited to meet us at the Seymours Horsell office (socially distanced) to collect their lovely hampers full of goodies and with our thanks.
If your nominee is chosen as one of our Horsell Heroes, please be aware that, if they are not tagged, we may be in contact to discuss how we can notify the winner via DM/email and/or Facebook.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is: Seymours Estate Agents (Haslemere) ltd of 35a High Street, Haslemere, Surrey, United Kingdom GU27 2JY
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Seymours Estate Agents and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Closing date for entry will be Tuesday 29th July 2020 at 10:00. After this date/time the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
By nominating someone in the comments below as their Horsell Hero and letting us know how they made a difference to you or the community, they will be in with a chance of winning a special hamper full of goodies. 9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as follows: a hamper
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen from all comment entries received and verified by the Promoter (Seymours Estate Agents) by an independent judge appointed by the promoter.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
