Joint Venture Agreement for Client – Consero London

We had been in conversation with the owners of this office building for a number of years when they secured planning permission for 52 apartments. They tasked us with reaching out to our retained clients to identify a developer interested in building and marketing the site through a joint venture arrangement.
Following a off-market process to multiple clients, we entered into a venture with Consero London, renowned for their luxury properties.
The scheme came to the market in 2021 and experienced remarkable success, with over 35 off-plan sales secured.
