The planning was consented for a single dwelling in the back garden of a luxury house in East Horsley, Guildford.

It was secured by the landowner who then got in touch with us to sell the plot. We went out to a small number of retained clients and secured the owner a good price. The house is currently under construction with completion for Summer 2024 and the end product will be amazing if this CGI is anything to go by.
