In 2021, we received a call from a landowner who had seized an opportunity presented by a new government policy allowing for the extension of existing blocks of flats by two additional storeys. Recognising the novelty of this venture, we launched a market campaign to identify developers interested in exploring this emerging opportunity. Following a thorough review of all offers received, we reached an agreement with the landowner on a suitable client.
