Land Acquired for Client – Porchester Estates

Planning consent was obtained for the redevelopment of an old car sales garage into a scheme comprising 14 flats and two commercial units.

We provided guidance to the landowner regarding planning regulations and potential contamination issues associated with brownfield sites. Once planning permission was secured, the owner engaged us to locate a buyer for the project.

Given the owner's gradual business wind-down, we pursued an off-market strategy and had a competitive bidding process. The eventual buyer opted to pursue a build-to-rent model for the development. Upon completion of the site, we successfully marketed and leased all 14 apartments.
