Situated within the greenbelt and adjacent to the settlement of Wisley, this parcel of land became the focus of attention for its owner after unsuccessful attempts to include it in the local plan.

Recognising the potential benefits of leveraging developer expertise, the owner sought our guidance. After a brief exploration of various land use options, we secured an option agreement with A2 Dominion for a duration of 10 years.
