Tasked with the mandate from the owner, we engaged with five developers on a subject-to-planning basis. Employing an off-market approach, we targeted developers experienced in constructing similar upscale residences, ultimately surpassing the owner's anticipated expectations.
Within a year, the selected developer secured planning permission and commenced construction on the project.
Subsequently, our new homes division exceeded all projections, achieving unprecedented values for residences in West Byfleet.
