Personal service

David and his team at Seymours provided an excellent service. They know the market well and gave us good advice on pricing in a difficult market. I was worried that as Seymours are so successful, we might get lost in the crowd, but I felt that we had personal service form David throughout the sale process, keeping us informed of progress up to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Never once took their foot off the pedal

I would not hesitate to recommend Seymours as an outstanding Estate agency. From start to finish the whole team were professional, efficient and their communication skills second to none. The market wasn’t particularly on our side, however unlike some other agents in Dorking who told us we needed to reduce the price, Seymours remained positive and never once took their foot off the pedal. An absolute pleasure to deal with and will definitely use them again in the future.

Such an easy process

Seymours have been the most outstanding agency to use for my rental property. I would not hesitate to use them again, and have already recommended them to friends and family. As a first time landlord, this experience has given me confidence to buy and rent again with Seymours as they made it such an easy process.
