Location:

The available position is located at our Knaphill office, where you'll be joining a team of proud locals who have grown up in Knaphill and the surrounding villages. Our deep-rooted connection to the area means we’re passionate about supporting the community and have an unrivalled knowledge of the local market. Role description:

As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be the vital link between offer and completion, ensuring a smooth and successful journey for our clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of 80–100 live property transactions, liaising with solicitors, agents, buyers, and sellers to drive deals forward and meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage all agreed sales through to completion with precision and care
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, local councils, and clients
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to all stakeholders via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate sales files and internal CRM systems
  • Chase paperwork, solve problems, and ensure all parties remain on track for exchange
  • Show resilience and persistence to overcome any hurdles in the conveyancing process

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales progression or estate agency sales
  • Strong understanding of the UK property market and conveyancing process
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload (80–100 properties)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • A proactive, confident, and personable approach to problem-solving
  • Genuine enthusiasm for property and client service

Working hours are:

Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.

Job Type: Full Time Contract.
